Your Problem: Thai students' failure to speak and write interrogative sentences in English
Your Solutions: To conduct, on the basis of the hypothesis that the differences between the Thai and English structure are the main obstacles, a research in attempts to find the remedies therefor in a leaving-no-stone-unturned fashion ^ It sounds grandiosely pedagogic alright. However, your reasoning is twisted beyond logic!
The root causes of the problem are definitely
1. The teachers are not proficient enough in English to teach. 2. They use ineffective teaching methods and/or media. 3. Instead of trying to acquire a higher level of proficiency in English and coming up with better teaching methods and media, they conduct a wild-goose-chase research.
Let me suggest more logical solutions:
Fire those teachers and recruit the more competent ones!
