In order to maintain our customer’s satisfaction, we welcome any complaints from consumers of Samsung’s products and services. We will get back to you right away.   For e-mail address is crm.tse@samsung.com Samsung would like to inform that we have been into Pantip.com quite often during the past few months and found that there are a number of complaints and advices from Samsung’s customers where we use our best efforts to solve each problem in due course. However, we also monitored that there are slanders posted by unknown/third persons on the Pantip website with intention to cause damages to Samsung’s reputation. We thus asked the High-Tech Crime Center of Royal Thai Police for cooperation to investigate into these cases and finally are able to track down systematic slanders towards Samsung’s brand and products with their help. From the investigation, it is suspected that slanders are posted by those who have negative towards Samsung. The contents posted by such unknown persons sometimes contain groundless and untrue stories. We have tried so many times recently to contact them through the Pantip website but there was no reply. While we are defending our reputation against those who posted bad rumors and slanders on the Pantip website, we thank you our customers for supporting and giving trust continuously to our products and services.
